Specifications include, but are not limited to:ELECTRICAL WIRING DIAGRAMSTwo (2) electrical wiring diagrams, prepared for the body as it interfaces with the commercialchassis, shall be provided.CHASSISThe chassis shall be a Freightliner, Model M2, 106MD Conventional Chassis, supplied with thefollowing equipment:WHEELBASEThe wheelbase of the vehicle shall be no greater than 232.00".GVWRATINGThe gross vehicle weight rating shall be a minimum of 40600#.FRAMEThe frame rails shall be formed from 120,000 psi yield, heat treated alloy steel.FRONT AXLEFront axle shall be an I beam type, made of forged steel. It shall be a Detroit brand axle, with aground rating capacity of 14,600 lb.FRONTSUSPENSION- Spring mounted- Capacity atGround: 14,600 lb.- Shock Absorbers: Double ActingShock absorbers shall be provided on the front axle.TIRES,FRONTFront tires shall be Goodyear, 12R22.50, radial tires with a tread pattern suitable for the steeringaxle position. The tire capacity shall meet or exceed the capacity of the axle and/or suspension.
