Specifications include, but are not limited to:Project Details STATEMENT OF WORKA. Requirements: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment to fully maintain and to provide full service, and on-call repair service as described herein to the fire alarm systems listed in Attachments A and B. This includes any proprietary hardware, software, programming tools, documentation, and factory-trained personnel necessary to maintain and modify Notifier fire alarm systems. All costs to the Contractor associated with this requirement must be included in Offerors bid proposal. As used in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals, the words fire alarm systems shall include all fire detection/notification and emergency communication systems, and the associated detection/initiating/monitoring/other devices, wiring, batteries, system programming, and other components that make the system complete and useable for the intended purpose. 2. All work performed under this contract shall be performed in accordance with the current version of the standards listed below and any revisions thereto, which are incorporated into this contract in their entirely: a) NFPA 1, Fire Code b) NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code c) NFPA 101, Life Safety Code d) NFPA 90A, Air Conditioning and Ventilating Systems e) American National Standards Institute/American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ANSI/ASME) Standard A17.1 f) International Building Code g) NFPA 70, National Electric Code h) Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Part 1, Chapter 34, Subchapter F i) The most current version of any applicable UL Standard pertaining to the components and maintenance/repair of all hardware and software covered in this contract.
