Specifications include, but are not limited to: Visually inspect two Fire Alarm System: EdwardsIRC3 Annunciator Panels Individually test all smoke detectors Individually test all pull stations Test all heat and duct detectors Test two emergency generators in accordance with LAFDparameters and guidelinesQuantity to be tested: Smoke detectors: 344 Pull Stations: 44 Heat Detectors: 10 Duct Detectors: 10 Generators: 2Requirements: Original Written Reports must be provided after each test hasbeen completed. All inspections and tests shall be performed by a trained,licensed, and experienced fire protection technician. LA City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness to conducttesting of fire protection equipment Test to be performed are to follow the Chiefs regulation No. 4,Program Manual Procedures for testing the systems asdesigned, installed, and inspected at the time the facility wasconstructed. Warranty: 90 days after completion of the services.
