Work with City Staff to identify requirements for a new or upgraded Financial System, 2. Deliver a requirements document that can be attached to a Request for Proposal soliciting a new or upgraded Financial System, 3. Assist the City in constructing the full Request for Proposal, 4. Assist the City in reviewing Request for Proposal responses: a. Functionality match to requirements b. Full cost analysis (total cost of ownership for 5 years), 5. Perform a market scan of financial systems appropriate for the public (municipal) sector and provide the City with a short list of vendors, 6. Prepare a demonstration script to be used during vendor demonstrations, 7. Provide support for on-site vendor demonstrations, and 8. Provide guidance through the final decision process
