Specifications include, but are not limited to:STEER SPECIFICATIONS: Delivery: Steers are to be delivered on an agreed date from May 10 June 10. All steers should be of the same type; Exotic, American or British. All steers should be 16 to 18 months at the time of the show. All steers should weigh within 200 lbs. of each other at time of delivery. All steers should be of high show quality. All steers should be similar in conformation and muscle structure so that all exhibitors have an equal chance of success. All steers should be de-wormed and have received upper-respiratory, calf hood, and black leg vaccinations. All steers should be castrated and completely healed. All steers should be dehorned and completely healed. All steers should come with a rope halter and be broke to tie.PIG SPECIFICATIONS: Delivery: Pigs are to be delivered on an agreed date during mid-October. All pigs should be Hampshires, Yorkshires, Durocs, or Crosses of the same. All pigs should be 6 7 months of age on show date. All pigs should be of high show quality. All pigs should be similar in conformation and muscle structure so that all exhibitors have an equal chance of success. All pigs should be de-wormed and have received standard vaccinations, including for erysipelas and rhinitis. All pigs may be barrows or gilts. All barrows must be castrated and completely healed.LAMB SPECIFICATIONS: Delivery: Lambs are to be delivered on an agreed date in late September or early October. Efforts will be made to have lambs and goats delivered on the same date. All lambs should be of medium-wool type. All lambs should weigh within 15 lbs. of each other at time of delivery. The committee reserves the right to weigh all lambs prior to selection. All lambs should be of high show quality. All lambs should be similar in conformation and muscle structure so that all exhibitors have an equal chance of success. All lambs should be de-wormed and have received over-eater vaccinations. Lambs may be ewes or wethers. Wethers should be completely healed . The committee requests that all lambs be shorn within 30 days prior to delivery.
