Specifications include, but are not limited to: Waukesha County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to conduct afeasibility study of the potential for a merger/consolidation, contractual arrangement, regional fire authority,sharing of services, sharing of equipment and / or other partnerships between the Fire/EMS Agencies andprovide recommendations for moving forward.The study should identify opportunities to maintain service levels at current cost, and/or maintain service levelswhile reducing cost, or enhancing service levels at current cost including non-emergency functions among theagencies. The study should determine if there are costs and/or service benefits to the taxpayers of theseAgencies.
