Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University on behalf of the University Comptroller is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide Facilities & Administrative Cost Rate Consulting Services for our Grants Department. Illinois State University needs assistance in its preparation of a Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate Proposal to be submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services of the Federal Government by December 21, 2016. Illinois State University is one of the leading centers of public higher education in the Midwest and the first public university to be established in Illinois. With over 20,000 students enrolled, the University employs over 3,000 faculty and staff, and had an operation budget of over $425,600,000 for fiscal year 2015. The successful vendor must demonstrate that it has the management and operational experience, possesses sufficient corporate resources (i.e. financial, service and support) to satisfactorily perform the requirements specified in the RFP and any resulting contract in a manner commensurate with the scope of this project.
