Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Event Planner shall act as the lead person on all items related to the planning, organizing,and logistics of the Event.B. Provide MWBD with a detailed budget and proposal for the Event. The budget report andproposal will be due within thirty (30) days after the execution of the Professional ServicesAgreement (hereinafter referred to as Agreement).C. Event Planner shall plan, coordinate and implement a master timeline. Timeline is due withinthirty (30) days after the execution of the Agreement.D. Event Planner shall attend all core group and committee meetings, and participate in anytelephone conference calls to report on the status and development of the Event.E. Event Planner shall provide agendas for, and attend core group meetings, as well as takeminutes during the meeting. The minutes shall include any follow-up needed.
