Specifications include, but are not limited to:1.Prepare all environmental documents and notices in the manner required by CEQA and the CEQA Guidelines, including, but not limited to: Notices of Preparation; Initial Studies; Negative Declarations (NDs), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs), and Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs); Final EIRs, along with "response to comment" documents; Notices of Intent (NOI); among any other needed documents specific to the project. 2.As necessary, prepare and/or review any technical studies needed to complete the environmental review, including, but not limited to: hydrological studies, geotechnical reports, water quality analysis, and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. 3.Attend any necessary project hearings before the Board of Supervisors. 4.Peer review of technical reports prepared by other consultants. 5.Work under the supervision of the Community and Economic Development Department during the completion of the environmental work.
