Specifications include, but are not limited to:CTS is seeking information about a solution that could be the core infrastructure for the CTS provided services of Enterprise Forward Proxy and Internet Accessible Proxy. CTS, as a central service provider, currently provides these services to agencies of Washington State. The Enterprise Forward Proxy (EFP) protects state-owned devices that are connected to the state network by preventing end users from browsing to unapproved, malicious, malware-based, or otherwise dangerous Websites. The Internet Accessible Proxy (IAP) extends this protection when those devices are connected to the public Internet without traversing a state network.CTS, in the role of a central service, provides these services to the agencies of Washington State. CTS builds, deploys, manages, and supports the infrastructure in a central location from which the services are provided. CTS provides the services as a multi-tenant solution with each tenant consuming one or more tenants. CTS provides the services with the option for a fully delegated administrative model where each agency can choose to manage their own tenant or request CTS to manage it on their behalf. CTS expects the vendor to provide the platform to deliver this enterprise class multi-tenant solution to its customers, the agencies of Washington state.For each set of requirements, please describe if the requirement is out of the box, needs to be configured, or requires additional modules or components.Describe how the solution is multi-tenant and capable of supporting multiple state agencies without requiring separate hardware per agency.Describe if the data for each tenant is physically or logically separated for logs, rule sets, reports, and administration data.If each agency were to be assigned a tenant, describe the process of creating a tenant for each agency.Describe what features are available and applicable for each tenant and what features are applicable to all tenants in the system.Describe how each agency can have their own web based administration console to manage their own rule sets.Describe how each tenant can use role based administration to manage administrative access to their tenant.Describe how each tenant can apply their own block and white list rules.Describe the capacity of the platform in terms of tenants per appliance or platform, ability to scale to support tens of thousands of users or more, and transactions per second.Describe reporting capabilities.
