Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Blueprint to Prosperity Waterline Initiative is generally described as the construction of a water distribution system together with all necessary appurtenances thereto, and the location and route of the project begins at an existing 10 diameter ductile iron water line near the intersection of Braceville Robinson Road and State Route 82 in Braceville Township and extending the 10 water main north within the public right-of-way of Braceville Robinson Road approximately 18,100 linear feet to the intersection of Helsely Fusselman Road; Thence, extending west within the public right-of way of Helsely Fusselman Road approximately 4,100 linear feet to the intersection of State Route 534; Thence, extending north within the public right-of way of State Route 534 approximately 40,350 linear feet through portions of Southington Township and Farmington Township to the intersection of Larson West Road in Farmington Township; Thence, extending west within the public right-of way of Larson West Road approximately 5,200 linear feet to the intersection of Girdle Road; Thence, extending south within the public right-of way of Girdle Road approximately 2,800 linear feet to the Corporate Limits of the Village of West Farmington; Furthermore, beginning at the Southington Estates Mobile Home Park located at 4668 Herner County Line Road and extending east within the public right-of way of Herner County Line Road approximately 8,000 linear feet to the intersection of Leiby Osborne Road; Thence, extending north within the public right-of way of Leiby Osborne Road approximately 700 linear feet to the intersection of Warren Burton Road; Furthermore, beginning at the intersection of State Route 534 and US Route 422 and extending northwest within the public right-of way of US Route 422 approximately 6,000 linear feet to the intersection of State Route 305; Thence, extending east within the public right-of way of State Route 305 approximately 8,500 linear feet to the intersection of Barclay Messerly Road; Thence, extending south within the public right-of way of Barclay Messerly Road approximately 8,400 linear feet to the intersection of Warren Burton Road; Thence, extending northwest within the public right-of way of Warren Burton Road approximately 13,400 linear feet to the intersection ofState Route 534. The scope of the project also includes approximately 65 fire hydrants, 65 gate valves, 10 sampling stations/flushing assemblies, 1 booster pump station, 1 water quality treatment unit, 1 aboveground water storage tank, 3 master meter pits, 1 pressure reducing valve, 348 service connection assemblies and 288 radio water meters to replace the existing water meters within the Village of West Farmington. The County purchases water from the Village of Newton Falls through a master meter located just north of the intersection of SR5 and Braceville Robinson Road. The total length of the existing water main along Braceville Robinson Road is approximately 6,350 linear feet with 16 active connections. The Village of Newton Falls has informed the County there is adequate supply for future extensions of the line. The Newton Falls WTP currently produces approximately 550,000 gallons per day with a capacity of 2,000,000 gallons per day. Type of Services Required: Hydraulic analysis, design engineering, soil borings, calculation of opinion of probable cost, assistance with grant and loan preparation and submittals, attendance at public hearing, preparation of construction specifications and bid packages, construction management services, wetland delineation, historical and cultural resource survey, environmental site assessment with database review and screening with a potential phase 2 screening for petroleum contaminated soils and preparation of necessary easement documents. Trumbull County will provide aerial mapping, however, additional surveying services will be required
