Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Provision of Service:The Contractor shall provide a shuttle van capable of carrying twelve (12) to fifteen(15) passengers, on a daily basis. The Contractor shall also provide, as needed, ashuttle bus having a minimum capacity of forty (40) passengers during peak eventperiods. This shuttle bus shall be on as needed bases for an estimated ten (10)events a year. These events vary in length and may extend up to a two-week period.The type of vehicle needed as well as hours of operation shall be determined basedon show activity.The Center will provide in advance a recommended schedule and route for theshuttle bus. The schedule will allow downtime for fuel refill as well as a meal breakfor the driver. Final schedule and route is subject to the Contractors review andrecommendation and may be adjusted. All adjustments shall be approved by theCenter and be available to riders at least 24 hours prior to change.
