Specifications include, but are not limited to:A. The Consultants proposed Employee Engagement Survey Program shall satisfy the followingrequirements:1. The Consultants employee engagement program shall allow Sound Transit to trackprogress from the current employee engagement survey results (See Exhibit A 2015 SurveyResults for All Sound Transit Employees) to the new survey. The metrics must be alignedwith the existing survey to track progress for the current and future results in a statisticallyreliable way (currently there are 86 questions across 19 dimensions)2. The Consultant shall provide comparative data that allows Sound Transit to compare itselfto local and/or national norms. Potential appropriate comparisons may include:a. Puget Sound Regional employers (regardless of the sector, mid to large size: 500+employees)b. Government agencies (either WA state or national).c. National transportation, rail and/or transit organizationsd. Other organizations of similar size3. The Consultant shall meet in person with Sound Transit at least 3 times per year regardingthe following and the related issues:a. Setting up the survey questions with HR staffb. Briefing CEO/ELT on survey results and how to interpret themc. Answer questions at our All Staff Meeting at a mutually agreed upon time and date.The All Staff Meeting is where we will present the survey results to Sound Transitemployees via a PowerPoint presentation and is conducted at Sound Transitsheadquarters at 401 S Jackson St. Seattle WA 981044. The Consultant shall provide a communication strategy and follow-up/follow through onidentified opportunities for improvements for the annual employee engagement survey ,which shall include at a minimum, the following:a. Annual roll out to all staff with focus on suggestions for improvementb. Follow up on employee suggestions(feedback loops)c. Public CEO recognition, manager to employee and peer to peer recognition to spotlightaccomplishments and contributions5. The Consultant shall provide all employee engagement survey materials that are ADAcompliant.
