Specifications include, but are not limited to:PCAC places primary importance on a quality benefits delivery program that will manage and deliver an employee benefits program in a manner that will ensure consistently good employee relations; containment of costs; excellent customer service and fiscal responsibility. Our goal is the highest professional level of claims handling which requires responsive, continuous communication with PCAC staff.The successful firm will be responsible for the marketing, evaluation and service of certain health, dental, vision and retirement plans on behalf of the PCAC. With the PCACs approval, they will coordinate major transactions relating to the above-mentioned programs and will aid and advise PCAC in the selection, design, delivery and funding of employee benefits including assisting in the evaluation of new Employee Benefits options and plan design. The vendor will assist PCAC in long range strategic planning for, and analysis of, health, dental, vision and retirement programs in addition to analyzing both long and short-range financial risks relating to the PCACs insurance plans. They will also assist in administrative oversight of providers.
