Specifications include, but are not limited to: Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is requesting proposals from employee benefits broker and consulting service providers to handle the brokerage services for the college?s Health and Welfare insurance programs. The goal of this RFP is to select the broker who will be the most effective and proactive partner in assisting the college in managing its Health and Welfare insurance programs and provide compliance support services. Currently, the college?s health, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending plans, and employee assistance programs are administered through Anne Arundel County government. AACC manages life insurance and short and long term disability benefits, which are fully-insured.
