Specifications include, but are not limited to: Western Carolina University Department of Emergency Services is looking to Purchase Two (2)complete console systems for the Universitys 24/7 Emergency Communications Center (ECC).These consoles will be side by side in the ECC.Dispatch Console SpecificationsConsole System Panel based construction is not acceptable. Particle board or wood is not acceptable. Each console must be constructed from fully welded steel. All console connections must be of steel to steelbolt together construction for optimal structural integrity. Console system must be heavy duty powder coated with a uniform application over all steel and aluminumsurfaces. CPU storage / compartments must be integrated in the design of the console system, and must not attach inany way to the base structure. CPUs must be accessible from the front and back of the consoles. Console furniture must be of true modular design with each module being able to be considered a stand-aloneunit.
