Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth is seeking an Emergency Notification solution to provide rapid, accurate and easily launched alerts and notifications to Commonwealth employees and citizens through a voluntary subscription to notices of interest. More critically, the solution must push notices to critical Commonwealth staff, special teams, responders, incident management and support personnel, county and non-government personnel through multiple channels while providing the ability to respond to the alert and if necessary, open a communication channel for identified staff affected by the notification. The solution provides a readily accessible intuitive method for individuals to update their contact information while at the same time provides bilateral interfaces with existing directories providing contact management support.
