Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Glynn-Brunswick 911 Center requires a complete Emergency Medical Dispatch Software product with 24/7 Technical Support. This product must include Emergency Medical Dispatch Manuals, Emergency Medical Dispatch guide cards with rack and software with licensing. Initial on-site training for staff as well as a Train-the-Trainer course and certification for the Dispatch Manager must be included. The bidder must have at least five (5) years experience in developing Emergency Medical Software. Software must be compatible with the current CAD system, Spillman and Dell hardware. EMD System must meet or exceed all national criteria set by ASTM, NHTSA, NFPA, AHA, CPR, US Department of Transportation, the Georgia Scope of Practice as laid out by the Georgia Medical Director and National Association of EMS Physicians. The EMD system shall be an expert system which interacts with the Emergency Dispatcher to display each question with answer choices in the interrogation sequence, prompt the Emergency Dispatcher for a response, assign a specific patient condition code and recommend a response assignment. The EMD system shall also include an automated Quality Assurance EMD Case Review software program capable of providing case histories of each incident and comparative histories providing individual dispatcher case statistics. The system must also be capable of providing reports that reflect any period of time or data field requested such as current week, month or year-to-date statistics. Bidder must provide 24 hour/7day technical support service for EMD related software. Bidder must include a Disaster Recovery Plan for the system and describe the proposed recovery solution. Vendor must propose a product that fulfills the Statement of Work and explain, in detail, the software capabilities and how the product performs, with sample screenshots if possible
