Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:Hauling contractors shall supply Class 7or 8 Dump Trucks with Operators for snow hauling after a significant snow storm, tree debris from a wind event, solid waste or construction debris,and/or rock, sand, dirt, and/or debris hauling during peak construction season. All hauling routes and dumping locations will be decided by the City. The contractor must designate the number of equipment available for the Cities use at the time of bidding. Each unit shall be fitted with high intensity amber flashing beacon or strobe lights visible from all sides of the vehicle. Each unit will also have visible identification numbers. All equipment must be furnished entirely operational, street legal and completely fueled. The contractor shall be responsible for all equipment maintenance, fuels, repairs, damages, and all equipment must be available for inspection prior to awarding bid(s)
