Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment and shall perform all operations to provide preventive maintenance of all thirteen (13) emergency generators located on the Hospital grounds Generator Data provides manufacturers, model numbers, size and fuel system for all generators).2. Contractor shall keep the premises clean and free of debris and waste at all times. All debris shall be disposed of in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations. 3. The contractor shall provide all measures, in the performance of this project, to ensure the safety of all staff, occupants, visitors and workmen in this area. 4The contractor shall repair, at no additional cost to the owner, any and all areas damaged during the course of this project to the reasonable satisfaction of the Hospital.5. Scheduling and execution of this work shall be done at the convenience of the Hospital. Work can be completed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM and 3:30PM. No work shall be done on State of Maryland recognized holidays without prior approval of the Hospital representative. 6. Contractor shall perform all required maintenance described in the operation manual for each generator. Operation manuals are available from the generators manufacturer.7. The contractor shall make one visit to the Hospital for preventive maintenance during the contract term. Visits shall be between January and June. 8. Contractor shall perform one (1) load bank test on each generator. Load bank test shall conform with standards set forth in NFPA 110 (2005 edition). Contractor shall submit full documentation of load bank test and results to the Hospital
