Specifications include, but are not limited to:Sanitary/Storm Drainage Systems and Waterline Repairs and/orReplacementThe successful Bidder(s) (hereinafter called Vendor(s)) shallprovide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform and completerepairs to the sanitary sewer laterals; storm sewer laterals; waterservice and supply lines; and all repairs associated with these typesof plumbing conditions as part of PWDs Plumbing Repair Programs. TheVendor(s) should be prepared to provide these stated services tovarious customer locations as directed by PWD. Failure to comply withall provisions stated herein will be considered non-performance ofthis contract. Accordingly, the City may terminate this contract forsuccessful bidder's non-performance.
