Specifications include, but are not limited to:RFQ16000409General Requirements:The Contractor must provide a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) and all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and parts for the preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspection of the elevators in accordance with Idaho Code Title 39, Chapter 86, as well as the manufacturers specifications.The elevators referenced in this solicitation are:One (1) Schindler 330A Hydraulic ElevatorOne (1) Otis Freight/Pass ElevatorPreventive Maintenance:The Contractor must perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a monthly basis:The preventive maintenance must include but not be limited to inspections, adjustments, lubrication, and replacement of worn out parts, as required. The Contractor must also test the emergency telephone in each elevator, re-program, and repair as needed. The Contractor must document and notify ITD building services personnel if repairs are needed or may be needed in the future.The preventive maintenance must re-occur at the same interval based on the start date of the maintenance. For example, if the first maintenance occurs during the first week of February, then the scheduled maintenance must re-occur on the first week of every month there after.The preventive maintenance must occur between the hours of 7AM and 4PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays as identified at Repairs:The Contractor must perform unscheduled repairs on an as needed basis, upon receipt of notification by ITD building services personnel:The Contractor must acknowledge ITDs notification within one (1) hour of receipt of the notification from ITD, and be on site to begin repairs within forty-eight (48) hours or as otherwise coordinated with ITD. Prior approval by ITD is required for repairs exceeding $500 for parts and labor.Safety Inspections:The Contractor must perform safety inspections on a yearly basis:Inspections must include, but not be limited to, the testing of the pressure relief valve(s) and hydraulic equipment.Reporting:The Contractor must submit a report to ITD build
