Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: ELEVATOR MAINTNENANCE AGREEMENT a.The qualified company shall maintain all School District elevators in good working order and in compliance with all OSHA and industry safety requirements. b.All elevators will have a monthly inspection and necessary maintenance performed with the least amount of disruption in the buildings operation. A quarterly report shall be submitted to the Supervisor of Facilities. c.Lubrication of elevators will be maintained on a documented schedule. All lubricant leaks and spills in pits will be cleaned and waste products removed by the qualified & certified company. d.Wires, pipes, conduits, or other materials not directly related to elevator operations shall be removed by the technician(s) before leaving the site. e.The qualified company shall have completely trained technicians for all types of elevators with in the School District. A list by individual employee training shall be provided to the Supervisor of Facilities for the quotation submission review. f.The qualified company shall guarantee repair parts are readily available so as not to allow extended repair delays.
