Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Scottsdale invites sealed submittals from firms who can provide software upgrades, hardware and technical support as authorized dealers of Medeco Key Access Systems. The City implemented this proprietary key system throughout Water Departments secure facilities in 2010. This is a proprietary key system that is used to secure and monitor infrastructures. Continued use of this electronic key access system will allow for compatibility and standardization of existing equipment. The City desires to be able to continue to expand the system in a compatible manner to achieve any repairs and updates. 1.20 The City of Scottsdale intends to award a single contract to include all of the solicitation components listed. The City desires to be able to continue to expand the system in a compatible manner to achieve any needed expansion, repairs and updates. 1.30 The successful Offeror is expected to furnish a City hosted solution which includes a minimum of: software upgrades, hardware and technical support services in coordination with the Citys project team. Services shall include, upgrade installation, training, and support of the proposed system. All proposed services shall be directly provided by the Offeror. 1.40 Offeror shall familiarize themselves with the nature and extent of the solicitation, work to be performed, all local conditions, and federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations that may in any manner affect cost, progress or performance of the work. 1.50 Offeror is encouraged to read the Solicitation documents very carefully, as the City shall not be responsible for errors and omissions on the part of the Offeror. The Offeror is also encouraged to carefully review their final submittal documents, as the City is not required to make interpretations or correct detected errors in calculations. 2.0 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION 2.10 The Contract Administrator shall be the Water Departments Training, Safety & Security Coordinator, or designee. The Contract Administrator shall audit the billings, approve payments, establish delivery schedules, approve addenda to the contract, and generally be responsible for overseeing the execution of the contract
