Specifications include, but are not limited to:The contractor will be required to provide fingerprinting services to any individual needing to submitfingerprints to OIC at the locations and hours of operation for the contracted insurance examinationvendor detailed in Appendix C. The contractor will also be required to provide fingerprinting services toinsurance license applicants, as well as other persons having need to submit fingerprints to the OIC, at allof the contractors other fingerprinting locations in operation within the state of Washington.On-site personnel and trainingAt least one person trained to capture fingerprints must be available during all hours of operation atevery insurance examination center location or contractor location within this state. On-site personneloperating the fingerprinting equipment must be trained by a qualified entity approved by the OIC toproperly perform fingerprinting. This training must include, at a minimum, training from Washington StatePatrol (WSP) staff and from the contractor selected as a result of this RFP.Scheduling, Appointments and Customer SupportThe contractor will ensure that customer fingerprinting appointments are scheduled within five (5) businessdays from the date/time the customer makes the initial inquiry. The contractor will provide the following: Scheduling via the internet and a toll-free telephone line that includes the ability to answercustomer questions pertaining to the fingerprinting process, fingerprinting locations, availability,and appointment times; Staff which are able to communicate with customers regarding topics ranging from telephonescheduling to forms to actual fingerprint collection. Staff must be able to assist customers having adiverse array of languages and English-speaking abilities, as well as those customers who mayfall under the Americans with Disabilities Act; Customer support help desk services for eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, with tollfreeaccess for scheduling or answering questions; the toll-free number must be equipped forTTY/TTD communications with deaf or hard-of-hearing customers;
