Specifications include, but are not limited to:This purpose of this Contract is to provide electrical supplies for the State, Political Subdivisions and Qualified Non-Profits. General Requirements: Contractor must maintain the capability to provide the required products, designated customer service representatives (csr), outside sales and technical representatives, all of which have comprehensive knowledge of the products offered. Maintain the levels of manufacturers and product as indicated in Exhibit B Provide technical information/knowledge regarding those products Maintain the capability to recommend, consult and demonstrate the products and supplies and provide examples. Maintain 24/7 capability for emergencies person to person answering service (no voice mail or answering machines) for off hours/days. Maintain named (dedicated) customer service representative(s) to manage all account requirements and update as required. Product Requirements: All items shall be new, specified for the U.S. market, unused, of the latest model or design and of recent manufacture. Items shall be delivered in factory packaging with any additional packaging required to ensure delivery free of damage. All manuals and warranty information shall be included. Materials shall conform to all of the latest codes, regulations, and meet all requirements for the uses for which the item(s) is (are) intended. Refurbished products and product substitutions are not allowed without prior approval by the Client Agency
