Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide one-time electrical acceptance testing, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for the Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction (hereinafter referred to as the state agency). The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall provide electrical acceptance testing, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for the awarded region(s) as stated in the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing. Attachment #1 has been provided with the MSSD building separated by regions and the address for each MSSD location. Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein. Performance Requirements: Upon arrival to each building and prior to beginning service, the contractor and the contractors personnel shall sign-in at the main reception/front desk or with the building manager upon arrival to the building. The contractor shall provide at least forty-eight (48) hours advanced written or phone notice prior to arrival to the building(s). Electrical Acceptance Testing, Inspection, and Preventative Maintenance Requirements: The contractor shall provide electrical acceptance testing, inspection, and preventative maintenance services on electrical equipment, as requested by the state agency. At least one week in advance of the de-energized shutdown for electrical acceptance testing at each building, the contractor shall coordinate with the serving utility company and the on-site state agency representative to determine de-energized shutdown requirements and protocols.
