Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Simi Valley is soliciting bids to replace (2) two Electric Actuators for the East BNR Aeration Basin #2 and #3 and (3) three Electric Actuators for Inlet Control on the East Blowers #4, #5, #6 at the Water Quality Control Plant (WQCP). The following are the general requirements for the Electric Actuator Replacement Project. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Contractor shall have, at the time of bid submittal, a valid State of California C61/D21ContractorsLicensea n d i t s h a l l b e v a l i d t h r o u g h o u t t h e t e r m o f t h e contract. (Attach copies with bid submittal). 2. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment, labor, parts and materials necessary to provide proper installations. These costs shall be included in the bid price included on the Bid Submission Form. 3. All work shall be performed by no less than a journeyman-level technician, paid prevailing wages. 4. Any additional work or equipment not specifically identified in this specification will require a negotiated fixed price approved by the City in writing prior to the commencement of work or repairs.
