Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Vendor must have an agency or agencies with at least700,000 subscribers or more and a minimum of one (1)million 911 and administrative calls per year.The Vendor shall provide a list of at least three (3)installed systems with the type proposed includingcompany name, contact person, telephone number andcutover date.All proposing vendors and manufacturers must becertified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.The system provided shall comply with all applicableNENA, APCO, FCC, UL, and Telcordia standards.The system must be compatible with AT&T (orcomparable) Tandem 9-1-1 services.The system must scale between 1 position and 50positions with no additional hardware.The system must accommodate up to 50 simultaneouscalls in the base configuration.The system must provide a definable user statusdisplay.The Vendor shall include ANI/ALI equipment as requiredwith the system.The Vendor shall include other hardware as required withthe system.The Vendor shall ensure of all items in the response, nosingle component will create a single point of failure forthe system.The Vendor shall provide a turnkey system with fullredundancy capable of allowing for components to belocated geographically at two different locations, and actas backup for each other and replicating any and all databetween the two sites.The Vendor shall provide Project Management forprogram planning; direction, structure and controls inorder to provide superior service and to ensure allcontract requirements and specifications are strictlyadhered to. The Project Managers primary act will be toprepare a comprehensive management plan for technicalservices staffing.Vendor shall provide an overview of their project management process.
