Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT or Department) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or Offerors for the purpose of hiring a certified Drug Recognition Expert Coordinator (DRE). The DRE shall coordinate and conduct training for a Drug Recognition Expert Program (certification and re-certification), and Advanced Roadside Driving Impairment Enforcement (ARIDE). Other duties shall include maintaining training records and re-certification and de-certification procedures, courtroom testimony, report writing and data collection for the state of New Mexico.
