Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor will provide commercial off the shelf software configured to meet TXDPSs needs forcustomer queue management solution and associated customer service information analysis.Contractor will be responsible for the delivery, installation and maintenance of the CustomerQueue Management Solution in 75 existing Driver License offices with the intent of expanding to4 new Driver License offices, if constructed, for a total of 79 offices. Contractor will remove anyexisting hardware from any previously installed Customer Queue Management Solution, andinstall, network and configure all new Customer Queue Management Solution hardware andsoftware by August 31, 2016. The Department reserves the right to revise the installation of theservices deadline date beyond August 31, 2016. The Department will provide Contractorreasonable notice of any date changes.
