Assist in the development of internal policies within the DCYF Child Protectiveand Juvenile Justice Services to advance the NH Practice Model Beliefs andprinciples.3.1.2. Provide consultation to DCYF Leadership and field staff on effective strategies tobuild agency capacity to recruit and retain foster parents who are willing andskilled in working collaboratively with birth parents to support reunification efforts. Promote the voices of foster parents at practice, policy and system levels; Provide information regarding the impact of policies, programs, practices,and procedures on foster parents, children, youth and their families; Promote foster parents as field leaders and partners in keeping childrensafe; Promote shared parenting between birth parents and foster parents; and3.1.2.5. Support family engagement strategies and maintaining familyconnections.3.1.3. Advise DCYFs leadership regarding the impact of policies and procedures onfamilies, foster families, and their ability to connect with each other
