Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Proposer will provide a 24/7 Services to all current and prospective TTU distance learning students. Services include but are not limited to the following: A. Provide a help desk with the ability to answer calls, provide software support, problem solving, status inquiries regarding prior support requests, record the service request, track and monitor requests for information technology services, resolve common desktop support issues, and initiate the triaging and escalation of unsolved help desk issues to TTU IT or online learning support team. B. Service requests may also be submitted via email, web interface and web chat and will be logged b y t h e P r o p o s e r s h e l p d e s k t r a c k i n g s o f t w are. C. Provide 24/7 Blackboard technical support services for all completely online or regional site based students. Blackboard support services include but are not limited to: Basic and advanced training; Blackboard student tutorials; and Blackboard troubleshooting assistance. D. Provide 24/7 prospective TTU student Services that include but are not limited to: Answer prospective student inquiries via email, phone, and chat features; Providing prospective students with general information on TTUs online and regional site based programs including full degree programs, minors, certificates, and degree completion options; Providing prospective students with information on admissions requirements, admissions deadlines, required tests, transcript requirements, and all facets of the admissions process; Answer general questions from prospective students about financial aid and student business services including tuition and fee costs; Answer general questions from prospective students about the registration process, when does it happen, how does it happen, and who they need to speak with to be advised; and Provide follow-up and return calls at a mutually agreed upon rate between TTU and the successful proposer, so that the student does not feel pressured to enroll at TTU but that
