Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The contractor will perform call audits at random of no less than 100 911 callsper calendar month that have been received by the Broken Arrow Police Department.Each call audit will include references to EMD-Q performance standards andrecommendations for improvement as well as commendations for exemplaryperformance. Summary reports of department performance and trends will be completedand reported to the fire chief with carbon copies to members of the dispatch steeringcommittee. Work may be done during business hours at the public safety complex (PSC)of Broken Arrow with department equipment. The fire department will provide allclearances and equipment necessary to complete the tasks. Work done outside ofbusiness hours at the PSC is subject to approval by the fire chief. Contractors mustmaintain ED-Q certification. Monthly dispatch steering committee meeting attendance isencouraged subject to scheduling. Orientation will be provided. Interested parties shouldsubmit a bid for monthly service with an anticipated 12 month contract.
