Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will perform call audits at random of no less than 100 911 calls per calendar month that have been received by the Broken Arrow Police Department. Each call audit will include references to EMD-Q performance standards and recommendations for improvement as well as commendations for exemplary performance. Summary reports of department performance and trends will be completed and reported to the fire chief with carbon copies to members of the dispatch steering committee. Work may be done during business hours at the public safety complex (PSC) of Broken Arrow with department equipment. The fire department will provide all clearances and equipment necessary to complete the tasks. Work done outside of business hours at the PSC is subject to approval by the fire chief. Contractors must maintain ED-Q certification. Monthly dispatch steering committee meeting attendance is encouraged subject to scheduling.
