Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR or the Department) is issuingthis Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide cross-matching services to detect individualsclaiming unemployment insurance benefits while incarcerated. An individual claimingunemployment insurance benefits must be able and available to work and actively seekingwork. An incarcerated individual is not able and available to maintain employment and also isnot able to actively seek employment; therefore, the agency is seeking a service that takes theweekly claimant information and cross-matches personal data to identify individualsfraudulently collecting weekly unemployment benefits while incarcerated.
