Specifications include, but are not limited to:The College is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide market research services for the College. The successful proposer will provide the scope of services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.2. Scope:The College extends an invitation to qualified consultants with the necessary resources and experience to conduct a first-ever market research study. The objective for phase one is to determine how aware residents are of the College and among those who are aware of the College, how it is perceived. A work plan should be recommended to be completed in the final findings indicating advertisements, marketing schemes, etc. that should be created to improve the Colleges perception to our target market. In phase two of the project the College will implement the work plan to achieve the desired outcomes.The project will focus on the market area served only by the main campus in Temple, Texas.The College is seeking a consultant with a strong background in conducting research via survey or other methods and who is able to assist the College in analyzing its perception in the community. The consultant will work with the College to create a survey instrument, conduct the research, and provide reports to the College based on the responses.Specific tasks include:Assist in creating a strategic survey instrument;Assist in identifying appropriate respondent group(s);Advise the most efficient and effective way to conduct the research and gather responses;Conduct research of a random sample of residents within the College service area;Provide analysis and a report interpreting the responses;Assess awareness of the College within its service area;Recommend strategies based on the responses;Provide insight on how to adjust our marketing efforts to optimize public perception.
