The County of Stanislaus requests Proposals from qualified consultant engineering firms for the design of two (2) Class III Waste Management Unit (municipal solid waste) landfill cells, base liners and leachate collection systems in compliance with the most recent regulatory agency requirements. The services shall include the engineering design and preparation of 100% contract construction documents consisting of Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) package, bid support, preparation of a Health and Safety Plan and development of a Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Plan.No additional specifications were given.
