Specifications include, but are not limited to:DEP, under the Analysis Program, has developed information and recommendations for solutions torelievedrainageproblemsinspeci f i c s t u d y a r e a s ( S t u d y A r e a s ) w i t h i n S o u t h e a s t Q u e e n s . T h e Consultant shall both review the Analysis Program results and perform work in furthering the results. This shall include reviewing all information and recommendations developed; analyzing and selecting preferred options (where applicable); and providing full design and DSDC services for the selected options for each of the Study Areas in the form of a Basis of Design Report (BODR) further explained in Section III B.2 and Design Documents explained in Section III B.3. Each Study Area is approximately forty (40) acres in size. There are a minimum of fifty (50) Study Areas and DEP reserves the right to add up to fifty (50) additional Study Areas. Study Areas include Community Boards 12, 13 and 14 in Southeast Queens but can also include other chronic flooding locations or locations with similar geographies. Priority in execution of work shall be given to those Study Areas within Community Board 12. Recommendations under the Analysis Program may include, but will not be limited to, storm sewer build out, green infrastructure and street improvements. Available Analysis Program information shall include, but may not be necessarily be limited to the following: 1. Description of Study Areas which includes: Site Inspection Findings (SIF) Study Area Inspections Findings (SAIF) Sketches 2. Roadway Profile which includes sketches and photos 3. Access Database/GIS Info 4. Final Analysis Program Report It should be noted that the Plan presents short-term, mid-term and long-term solutions. While performing work described under this RFP (addressing only the Short-Term solutions), the Consultant shall take care in accommodating and making provisions for Mid-Term and Long- Term Solutions. B. Scope of Work 1. Review of Analysis Program Documents The Consultant shall review all Analysis Program generated documents and data. It is expected that all information will be considered during the development of the final design documents. Documents for review include, but are not limited to, the following: a) Site Inspection Findings Reports (SIFRs)
