Project Details It is the Citys intention to offer a dental insurance program to its employees that is comprehensive in nature insomuchas it matches the current benefit PPO and DHMO levels offered with limited distruption to City employees access to dental providers. Current plan designs are shown in Appendices E and F of the RFP. Network access data for vendors to perform a Geo Access report is also available in Appendices G and H of the RFP. Enrollment Assumptions: Assume that employees will be permitted to make benefit elections during the City's designated annual open enrollment period or if there is a mid-year IRS qualifying life event. Annual beneift elections will be web based via the Citys HRIS employee self service software. A regular enrollment/payroll data feed to the City's HRIS software will need to be2 Revised: August 2014established. Plan summaries and enrollment details will be included in the City's Benefits Program communications and benefits booklet. In addition, the City may allow a limited number of on-site group meetings to be held during each open enrollment period. Other communications/enrollment strategies may be recommended by the City
