Specifications include, but are not limited to:Successful bidder shall demolish all buildings (sheds, out buildings, foundations, etc.) at each location and remove all debris (including but not limited to tires, vehicles, concrete, etc. etc.) from the site using containers and vehicles suitable for each project. 2. All debris shall be delivered to a New York State permitted disposal facility that can accept such material. The Allegany County Landfill cannot accept any material and therefore an alternate facility must be located. 3. Successful bidder will be responsible for traffic control if necessary as well as any damage to adjacent structures or property. 4. Successful bidder shall leave site in a level, graded condition. Any gravel or topsoil that will be used must be included in the bid price. 5. The County will pay the successful bidder the bid price in one lump sum, per structure after project completion and acceptance by the County for the services contracted herein. 6. Successful bidder is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, approvals etc, for carrying out the scope of work described herein including all utilities (private or public). 7. The County will obtain the permits from the Department of State for the demolition of each of the buildings
