Perform site clearance, grading and restoration, as needed. e. Complete the demolition work in accordance with these technical specifications and any special provisions included below. 2. AUTHORIZED WORKERS Only the vendor and its employees are allowed to demolish, dismantle, detach or dispose of any part of the demolition structure or its contents. 3. BACKFILL, GRADING, AND CLEAN UP.
