Specifications include, but are not limited to:Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Dam Removal Fish Passage project is located on theEast Fork of the South Fork Trask River approximately 18 miles east of Tillamook in TillamookCounty, Oregon at latitude 45?24'40.21"N and longitude 123?35'47.90"W. The dam is owned by theOregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) and is located on Oregon Department of Forestry(ODF) property. The intent of this project is to restore the site to predam conditions by thecomplete removal of the existing dam and it associated appurtenances which include but are notlimited to the dam apron, cutoff walls, sheet piling, concrete abutments, a fish ladder &screen, and piping. Built in 1970, the 9 feet tall and 100 feet wide concrete dam has beenoperating as a diversion structure that is used to deliver water to an existing fish rearingpond. A copy of the original plan sets for the facility is located in Exhibit E of AttachmentA.
