Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to conduct NewConnect/Transfer, Bill Inquiry, and Outage Communication-Customer Satisfaction SurveyServices.The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), a public utility that provides electricalservice to residents and businesses of Sacramento County, California, is requesting assistance inperforming ongoing telephone surveys. The surveys will focus on SMUDs residential andbusiness/commercial customers. The purpose of the survey is to measure SMUD customersopinion of the customer service they received when starting new electrical service with SMUD,transferring their electrical service from one address to another within SMUD service territory,customers who call SMUD regarding a question about their electric bill and customers who werecalled by SMUD regarding an electrical outage. Surveys will be conducted from December2015 through November 2018.
