Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Within fifteen (15) working days from the award of the contract, the Contractor shall meet with the District to discuss the services to be rendered that will accomplish the stated objectives of this RFP. Process Analysis: Within fifteen (15) working days, the Contractor will develop a familiarity with the District through meetings with selected Directors and staff in order to understand, evaluate, and analyze the resources that need to be made available and actions that need to be taken to initiate surveying. Survey: Conduct by telephone, mail, or other method, surveys of a representative sample of residential customers of the District or appropriate subsets. Reports: The Contractor shall prepare the following reports: oA preliminary outline, that identifies facts, findings, and recommendations relating to the scope of work, detailed above. oA final outline, that shall describe the proposed plan of implementation and survey questions to be asked.
