Staff users will be able to call customers out of order and to move customers within a queue and between queues and stations. Real-time reporting of wait times and transactions will allow administrators to configure the queues and stations to best reduce wait times. The vendor is expected to provide training and reference material to 25 users. The vendor shall provide support during business hours and next-day resolution for 99% uptime.
