Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of these specifications to secure a firm to provide a credit card processing systemto the City of Passaic for the purpose of collecting revenues through various city departments.The term of contract shall be for a period of one (1) Year, with the option to renew the contract for anadditional One (1)Two (2) Year term or Two (2) One (1) Year Terms with the same terms and conditionsas the first year contract. Proposers shall incorporate ALL costs for the specified service on theproposal form, including, but not limited to:Set Up Fees, and monthly maintenance Fees.The City of Passaic retains the right to disqualify a proposer if the additional service prices arejudged to be not of fair market value.The City of Passaic's current volume of credit card activity for the time period April 2014 topresent is approximately $73,000.00.
