Specifications include, but are not limited to:1) Replace all current sound and related systems with state of the art components to ensure high quality sound amplification and reproduction in the Boardroom along with effective integration of any related peripheral equipment. 2) Incorporate effective visual presentation tools, including a voting system, printer and projector, to allow for high quality and professional display of any type of visual media from paper to digital video to all critical persons involved in the Boardroom meetings and for public viewing. 3) Integration of the above in a way that is effective, simple to use, minimizes support resources and equipment down-time, and enhances day to day Boardroom operations.
