Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Mesa (City) Police Department intends to establish a term contract for controlled substance screening of department staff. Provider shall assist the Police Department in meeting their established policy of maintaining a high standard of performance, professionalism, and personal conduct required of those involved in the Police profession. The lab selected and personnel employed by the lab will be required to comply with all guidelines pertaining to laboratories as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49, Department of Transportation, Part 40.
