The system should be able to populate city and county based on zip code entered.; Track complaints and inquiries: Staff need to document and track consumer complaints and inquiries about the companies the AGENCY regulates. Each complaint or inquiry must have a unique identification number. Complaints and inquiries share most of their data in common, but complaints require a few additional data fields, and the system will need to accommodate those differences. Consumers can submit complaints or inquiries by phone, email, mail, fax, or an online web form on the AGENCY public website.;
